NIEA was established to promote international exchange over a broad field - Education, Culture, Sports, Industry - to help the town participate in the international society and to contribute to international friendship.

1. Planning and enforcement of internationalization promotion activities.
2. Collection and supply for district and information materials of other countries about international exchange.
3. Diffusion of knowledge about international exchange.
4. Cooperation with International exchange groups.
5. Others-Activities for accomplishing the purpose of the association.
